Chicken & Duck plucker machine “Farmer’s dream-600”

Plucker machine specially designed for removing feather from chicken, broiler and little duck. The working diameter of the barrel is 600 mm, which allows to load 1-5 birds with a total weight of up to 7 kg at a time. The productivity of the machine per hour is from 24 to 60 chickens / broilers, depending on the weight, or 12-24 ducks.

Please note that although the machine has a load of 7 kg, different rules apply in case of plucking ducks. The shape of the waterfowl is elongated, like a loaf. A large duck, of course, will fit into a barrel with a diameter of 600 mm, but it will not rotate in the machine, so half of the feathers will remain unplucked. The tank with a diameter of 600 mm is suitable for ducks weighing up to 3 kg.

This feather plucker machine has been improved in comparison with analogues. The main difference is the rejection of the belt drive. A geared motor is installed. This excludes slipping of the belt under high loads and makes the machine easy to maintain. There is an automatic watering function. Thanks to the new design and installed wheels, the machine can be easily moved by one person.

The gearbox uses a special grease with a five-year service life without replacement. The engine has a compact size due to the lack of pulleys under the belt.

All you need is to place a pail under the chute and rinse feathers with our rinsing pistol (included) attached to the simple garden hose.
